OUR RESULTS
In order to achieve our objectives, we will develop the following outcomes within the framework of this project:
PODCAST
The podcast is an ideal tool to increase listenership, especially through its public appearance (halo effect). The concept of the podcast is that it is conducted in English.
SELF-EVAULATION TOOL
The self-evaluation tool is designed to help teachers and trainers identify their interest and learning needs in the subject. It is a low-threshold way to reflect on your personal development potential and narrow down the learning paths of the modular learning offer.
E-LEARNING COURSE
The situation of teachers and trainers in VET and other education sectors is extremely heterogeneous. It is important to ensure that learning opportunities are flexible enough to meet different needs and preferences in terms of organisational issues and learning directions.
CURRICULUM
We want to create learning opportunities for competence development of teachers and trainers so that they can start learning directly. We intend to develop a curriculum for a blended learning offer consisting of flexible e-learning courses focusing on knowledge building and face-to-face training modules focusing on competence development. This program is to be called MENTAL HEALTH AMBASSADORS.
STRATEGY & POLICY PAPER
A strategy paper for VET executives and principals is available and distributed to the field directed to the organizational level. Political decision makers will have been contacted with an science evidence-based political paper. The target audience for the political paper is precisely selected, to create the most possible impact. The policy paper will further utilize the pre-study which is going to be extended creating significance on a European level.
